As an active supporter of the local Community team of the Borneo bears Australian Rules Football, last Saturday 1st Oct at Novotel, Coates Indonesia took part as a Gold Sponsor in the AFL Grand Final event. This annual event is not only a weekends entertainment in Balikpapan, but also can turn out as a networking function amongst the expatriate community especially Australian as they gather here, relaxing and watching the Grand Final of their most favorite National sport. With a beer and finger food a plenty it is a good atmosphere to get to know and meet people. The presence of Coates Indonesia at this social event is one of the company’s signatures to establishing the relationship not only amongst its staff, but also within the broader community.
